CONFIDENT PARENT THRIVING KIDS
There are two different programs offered; Behavioural and Anxiety based. Teachers and counsellors can refer to the Anxiety based program while family physicians referrals are required for the Behavioural program. Both programs are completed from the comfort of your own home, with phone consultations and weekly check-ins.

PEACE PROGRAM
The Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment (PEACE) Program for Children and Youth Experiencing Violence is a free, confidential program across BC for children and youth aged 3 to 18 who have experienced violence. The program is offered in either group or individual counselling sessions.

is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
